Patterns of the under-wing plumage of some raptors
are likened with X-ray pictures.

Amazingly (to me), RICHARD shows a bird wing with
DISTINCTLY visible blackish/opaque BONES !!

Re Gulls, Terns, Swans, other Herons, &c.:
Very Exceptional, I assume ??

And hardly a 'normal' ID feature re E. intermedia.
______________

Første gang (!) jeg ser knogler træde tydeligt frem
som mørke tegninger i en solbeskinnet fuglevinge -
som på et røntgen billede.

Jfr. Måger, Terner, Hejrer &c.:

En Undtagelse - vel også for E. intermedia ID?

Fremfor X-ray, kan ses en Mørk linje, der fra vingen
- noget svagere - fortsætter ned til og i benet.

Or, You may see a dark line from wing to leg...
