This image clearly shows that the bird is an immature. The outer four primaries are retained juvenile feathers, as are some secondaries, visible in an another image posted earlier. This means, that the bird is approximately 2 years old.

Dick, is the shape of the retained four outer primaries that leads you to say they're juvenile ?
