From 20th of May until approximately 20th of July a truly awesome array of rare birds were reported from Skagen: One American Scoter, one Little Bittern, three Steppe Eagles, two Short-toed Eagles, one Booted Eagle, three Long-legged Buzzards, one Little Crake, one Roller, one Little Swift, one Short-toed Lark, one Black-headed Yellow Wagtail, one Zitting Cisticola, one Paddyfield Warbler and one Green Warbler.
Add to that two Surf Scoters, three Lesser Spotted Eagles, one Crested Lark, one Tawny Pipit, two Citrine Wagtails, five Blyth’s Reed Warbler, one Siberian Chiffchaff and approximately 11 Rosy Starlings.
