A Paddyfield Warbler was photographed at Christiansø, Bornholm on 2nd (the first Danish field observation). For the first time ever, a pair of Black-winged Stilts produced two chicks at Lille Vildmose, Nordjylland during 14th May to 30th June with an additional pair seen there on 18th June only. Also, a pair of Gull-billed Terns bred inland at Filsø, Vestjylland during May-June (almost extinct as a Danish Breeder). The first Crag Martin for 13 years was photographed at Neksø Harbour, Bornholm on 8th (5th record). The 4th Griffon Vulture in Denmark (and the first for 27 years), a 1st summer, was enjoyed by about 200 birders in farmland north of Skive, Nordjylland during 14th-15th following a major influx into Germany. An adult Greater Sand Plover was at Blåvands Huk, Vestjylland on 4th-6th (3rd record). The 4th Danish Black-eared Wheatear (and 2nd ssp. melanoleuca) was photographed at Christiansø, Bornholm on 1st-2nd. Skagen, Nordjylland had a 1st summer male Siberian Stonechat on 1st, a dark morph Short-toed Eagle on 2nd and a 1st summer intermediate morph Booted Eagle on 8th-9th and 15th. A Ballion's Crake was calling at Lille Vildmose, Nordjylland during 25th-29th.
