WP and DK list update - Netfugl switch to IOC taxonomy

Netfugl have switched to the IOC taxonomy for the WP and DK list at the beginning of June 2018. This has resulted in a few lumps and several new splits and most if not all has got themselves several new armchair ticks. A list with all the list changes is below. We are very thankful to Graeme Joynt for the big help with the list updates.

In addition to these changes, two new Category A species has been added to the list just as two new Category C species has been added.

The WP list total goes from 1001 to 1025. The DK list goes from 475 to 476.
