5/5 White-crowned Wheatear 1 1st year singing at dawn!, Palavas-les-Flots, port de plaisance (34), France. refound yesterday by F. Veyrunes and JY Barnagaud but present since friday at least. (seen/heard by: L.Sallé, A. Thiney, JC Delattre, JY Barnagaud, D. Sallé, J. Renoult)
10/11 White-crowned Wheatear 1 2cy male DEAD, Wremen, Cuxhaven, Germany. After being present since August the bird was found dead this morning. It was killed by a cat or a bird of prey. The remainings in now in the hotels freezer and will probably be handed over to further investigation.
