A very nice picture - and great luck getting that close to the bird!
Are you sure the fish is a perch though? It looks spotted rather than stribed, and I can't see any signs of a spiked dorsal fin. Could it be a young trout maybe? (Yes, I know this is a birding page, but anyway...)

Thanks, I'm not sure in the species, because I'm a birder, and I'm not interesting in fishing. This bird is staying on same small lake from a week, I and fishermens can see from few meters. This diver likes this kind of fish.
I can send (if you like) an other pic, and you can see the fish.
when i saw Your wonderful picture my second thought (the first was about the Black-throated diver/Sortstrubet lom/Prachttaucher) was: Poor "Kaulbarsch", that's the german name for Gymnocephalus cernuus, in Danish "hork". And after consulting some books about fishes i'm still convinced.
It must have been really nice to see this beautiful bird fishing there.
