why is it a Lineated and not a
Brown-headed Barbet?
There seemes to be spotting on the wingcoverts- the periorbital skinarea is big- orange bill- no streaking on belly

...It’s hard to disagree with Henrik. The bird in the picture seems to be a perfectly typical brown-headed barbet. The delicately white-tipped wing coverts alone should be enough to settle the case...
