A dream come true indeed! Absolutely wonderfully superb birds! I had almost given up on spotting any when one bird started calling and gave away its whereabouts. Even though they are spectacular their plumage provides them with a remarkable camouflage in their stony riverside habitat. Still remaining at their breeding ground at 3800 metres in the end of October. They winter mostly below 1000 metres.
