Picture info: |
Steppe Eagles migrate south through the Kathmandu Valley from October to December. Some of them come down to forage on the outskirts of the city. They go down to search the rubbish that is spread in the immensely polluted Bagmati River. Unfortunately the main water supply in the valley is being used as a floating rubbish dump. |
