More than 38100 Eurasian Sparrowhawks were counted in Falsterbo during the autumn of 2011. This is a new all time high for that species in Falsterbo (and maybe also in the world?).
I know it's a little early in the season to forecast. But this year also seems to have gotten a good start for the Sparrowhawks. YTD count is 4360 migrated birds - another all time high record for August, and indicate potential for new total record in 2012?
