At Badli Dump 17km north of Jodhpur town |
Location: |
Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India |
Date: |

Picture info: |
From the bus arriving from Jaisalmer I noticed hundreds of raptors in the skies over the town dump. So on a return visit a couple of days ago I could spot an assortment of Vultures (egyptians in large numbers) and over a hundred eagles. From talking to locals,I gather the eagles are winter migrants and are all gone by April. SO, Badli Dump....17km North of Jodhpur, well worth a visit! |
