I'm Ies Goedbloed, living in Holland, started birding when I was about nine years old. The last years I'm travelling more and more, in and outside Europe. I visited Ecuador, Peru, Panama, Bolivia, China, Indonesia, Cambodia, India, Senegal, Mauritania, Gambia, Guinee, Guinee Bissau, Morocco, Egypt, Finland, Turkey and Iceland.
Most of the time I'm travelling in summer holidays, which is often not the best time to visit several countries.
In the Netherlands I like counting birdmigration at famous sites as Westkapelle and Breskens.
