Yes, I agree with Oz. It doesn't seem to show a rusty coloured rump and the head is entirely black. So a young White-crowned Wheatear would be the most obvious id of this bird - unless it showed significant white on the primaries and thus being a "Basalt Wheatear"... but the chance of that is next to zero...
