- Nok snarere ssp. rutilans (yngler Iberia, NW Africa)

Ssp. rutilans adskiller sig fra ssp. senator ved at være mindre; uddrag fra HBW: .... rutilans not clearly separable in colour from nominate senator... ; ... birds south of Pyrénées are small (wing mostly less than 97) and size abruptly larger in France, Italy, and central Europe (wing mostly over 97)
