Fint billede, der viser, at vinterdragten har MEGET
til fælles m/ Hættemågens!

BONNEs Bonaparte er dog mindre, ligesom NAPOLEONs
og modstanderen Horatio NELSONs højder var < gn.snit.

Mågen er navngivet efter Napoleons nevø,
CHARLES Lucien Jules Laurent BONAPARTE (1803-57),

der studerede N.amr. fugle og på sørejse over Atlanten
fik tag i en Stormsvale, der senere opkaldtes efter Alexander WILSON...

N.amr. sangerslægten WILSONia døbtes af C.L.J.L. Bonaparte.
