A little group og the tanagers stayed for days in the huge blooming eucalyptus.... eating the flowers. The place is absolute worth a visit or two (more than 250 recorded species). Both the preserve it self and the connected area to the south - uncultivated fields, school playgrounds and gardens in the small community. Easy to reach on the way to Joshua Tree N.P.
